Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and my experience in residential real estate within Edmonton and area. I’ve been working in the real estate industry for many years now and have seen the ups and downs a market can bring. I have been a full-time REALTOR® since 2005, and can proudly say I’ve been a RE/MAX REALTOR® since day one.

I have become a knowledgeable REALTOR®, from the process of buying and selling homes, condos and other real estate in Edmonton, to the eld of home renovation and new home construction - I have come across it all. My training in R2000 and Green Building practices, ranging from above Energuide ratings to Net Zero have helped me nd homes for my clients and advise appropriately when clients area selling, building or renovating.

I do not work alone and in this business and am backed with a strong, capable and reliable network of real estate inspectors, appraisers, lawyers and mortgage brokers, which are an essential part of the team that makes every real estate transaction run smoothly and successfully. I’m considered by many of my peers and clients that I have worked with to be a strong negotiator and with my knowledge of the Edmonton market, it is a combo that is unmatched.

My business has grown strong with several solid and consistent marketing strategies resulting in success for my clients, that I am always tweaking to keep on the cutting edge. Part of these strategies is the listing package that I oer which includes: professional photos; virtual tours; drone work; home staging consultations; detailed property descriptions and open houses. The custom listing package that I create in conjunction with the marketing through multiple websites and social media platforms, results in a strong online presence of your listing. Combined, these optimize the impact and eciency of the entire process, whilst maximizing financial return.
